30-Day Returns & Refunds Policy
If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 30 days for a refund.
We do not offer the option to exchange an item. A new order will need to be placed.
Eligible Returns
- Wrong book received or damaged/defective upon arrival (provide photos for verification)
- Items must be in original condition (shrink-wrapped/sealed products unopened)
Return Process
- Inspect immediately upon delivery and contact us right away if you receive the wrong book or damaged item
- We'll evaluate with your photos and approve the return
- Free return shipping for wrong/damaged books (we provide label)
- Once received and inspected, you'll be automatically refunded to your original payment method
Customer Responsibility
- You pay return shipping for all other returns (change of mind, etc.)
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable
